  • How does this process work?

It is a simple process. You can either fill out the form on this website or give me a call directly. We can then schedule a time to see the property. You don’t need to do anything to “prepare” the house. Leave it as is. As I walk around the property, I’ll be able to determine the value of your property either on the spot or within 24 hours. Once we agree on a price, we can draw up a contract and get in touch with a local title company that will handle the rest of the paperwork.

  • What kind of houses do you buy?

We buy houses of all types in all kinds of conditions.  We buy houses in disrepair and with deferred maintenance as well as homes that are in good condition.
