• How does this process work?

It is a simple process. You can either fill out the form on this website or give me a call directly. We can then schedule a time to see the property. You don’t need to do anything to “prepare” the house. Leave it as is. As I walk around the property, I’ll be able to determine the value of your property either on the spot or within 24 hours. Once we agree on a price, we can draw up a contract and get in touch with a local title company that will handle the rest of the paperwork.

• What kind of houses do you buy?

We buy houses of all types in all kinds of conditions.  We buy houses in disrepair and with deferred maintenance as well as homes that are in good condition. People have many different reasons and situations in which they would like to sell, so we don’t let that stop us.  If you can let us see inside the property, we can make a decision more quickly and take the property off your hands if it meets our criteria.

• My house is a mess and it needs a lot of repairs. Do you have an interest in buying these types of houses?

Yes. You don’t need to worry about any repairs. We will buy your house in its current condition if it meets our criteria and put cash in your hands in 7 days.

• Are there any fees to sell my house?

No. There are no fees to sell your house. We don’t make our money on charging you fees. 

• Will you buy my house with tenants living there with signed contracts?

Yes. We buy houses even with tenants living there.

• Do I have to sell my house to you if you give me an offer?

No. You are NOT obligated to sell your home. Even if we can’t come to an  agreement, we might be able to refer you to someone that can help you.
