Let’s get the basics out of the way first. My name is Teri Meek, Mom of 2 and wife to an amazing husband who supports me every day. I recently stepped away from a successful corporate career to start my own business, Nicely Done Property, LLC. I’ve been passionate about Real Estate investment for many years, as it is allowing me to raise a family dedicating the necessary time to them while also helping revitalize the local community.  But let me tell you, real estate investment is not for the faint hearted. It takes grit. I get my hands dirty with my deals and it’s not abnormal to see me covered in drywall dust and paint. I love this (and detest this some days) but it helps me really get to know my properties and the neighborhood I’ve invested in. My young boys can even be seen picking up sticks and knocking down walls!

 

I finally bought my first deal in 2013 and got hooked! I love the idea of transforming neighborhoods one home at a time while being able to help people get out from under a large burden of not being able to sell their home in the traditional market. I am focused on investing in the Cincinnati and Dayton marketplace and buy homes directly from individuals, through auction and through the traditional retail method.
